Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash Morgan is co-founder and artistic director of Speech of Fire, a brand new company in the field of theatre. From 2014 through 2019she was the artistic director for the Seoul Shakespeare Company. In her role as the Artistic Director of SSC she served as SSC's composer, musician and text director as well as the costume, set and music design. For her last year she served as director and lighting designer for the production of SSC's King Lear. She had been directing from the ensemble, however in previous year, she directed her debut. In addition to acting, she has also worked on a number of games series. Daughter of the poet Marylee Post and scientist Richard F. Post she was raised alongside two other siblings in Walnut Creek. She attended Las Lomas High School where she participated in cheerleading. She briefly studied at Pomona College. Post wedding, she was married Stephen Knox in the past. Michael A. Ross has been her husband, as well as co-writer since 1982. Together, they have two daughters. Post is a great actress, an ideal mother and wife, and also an excellent role model for many Hollywood celebrities.
